NIMS System क्या है
16 जनवरी 2026 को Directorate General of Training (DGT), भारत सरकार ने सभी ITI, PMKVY और JSS संस्थानों के लिए Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH Portal) पर National Instructor Management System (NIMS) लागू करने का आदेश जारी किया है।
इस आदेश के अनुसार अब सभी संस्थानों को अपने संस्थान में कार्यरत सभी प्रकार के Instructors का Registration SIDH Portal पर करना अनिवार्य होगा।
यह प्रक्रिया Academic Session 2026 के Admission शुरू होने से पहले पूरी करनी होगी।
NIMS System क्या है
यह नियम निम्न संस्थानों पर लागू होगा:
Government ITI
Private ITI
NSTI
PMKVY Training Centers
JSS Centres
इन सभी संस्थानों को अपने सभी Instructors का Registration करना होगा जैसे:
Regular Instructor
Contractual Instructor
Guest Instructor

NIMS System शुरू करने का उद्देश्य
भारत सरकार ने NIMS System को शुरू करने के पीछे कई महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य रखे हैं:
✔ देश के सभी Skill Instructors का Centralized Database बनाना
✔ Instructor Qualification की Verification करना
✔ Training Quality को Improve करना
✔ ITI Institutes में Instructor Shortage का पता लगाना
इसके अलावा NIMS System में AI Based Instructor Rating System भी लागू किया जाएगा।
SIDH Portal पर Instructor Registration Process
Instructor Registration को दो Phase में पूरा किया जाएगा।

Registration केवल Institute Approver Login से ही किया जाएगा।

ITSU Mapping क्या है
ITSU का मतलब है:
Institute + Trade + Shift + Unit
हर Verified Instructor को किसी एक ITSU से Map करना अनिवार्य होगा।
महत्वपूर्ण नियम:
एक Instructor को एक समय पर केवल एक Trade और एक Subject से ही Map किया जा सकता है।

Instructor Registration के बाद सभी Instructors को Upload करना होगा:

Demonstration Plan
Training Videos
Teaching Materials
इन सभी Resources को DGT के LMS से Integrate किया जाएगा।

Registration नहीं करने पर क्या होगा
यदि कोई Institute Instructor Registration नहीं करता है तो:
Institute की Seats Generate नहीं होंगी
Admission Process Block हो सकता है

FREE MOCK TEST
यहाँ आपको फ्री में प्रैक्टिस करने के लिए CBT पेपर मिलेगे जो DGT भारत सरकार के पैटर्न पर आधारित है। प्रत्येक पेपर 2 घंटे का होगा और उसमे 75 प्रशन होंगे। पेपर सबमिट करने के बाद आपको आपका स्कोर परसेंटेज प्रदर्शित होगा।
STUDY MATERIAL
यहाँ पेड कोर्स है इसमें आपको प्रत्येक सब्जेक्ट के 10 गुना प्रशन मिलेगे | जैसे: EMPLOYABILITY SKILL में 25 प्रशन पेपर में आते है तो यहाँ आपको 250 प्रशन मिलेगे और TRADE THEORY के 500 प्रशन| WC और ED के 60 यदि आपकी ट्रेड में होंगे तो !
