National Instructor Management System (NIMS) — India के ITI ecosystem के लिए DGT का centralized digital platform
NIMS एक centralized digital platform है जिसे DGT (Directorate General of Training) ने SIDH (Skill India Digital Hub) पर launch किया है। यह India के पूरे ITI ecosystem के लिए "single source of truth" है।
NIMS registration से हर Instructor को एक unique IPRN (Instructor Permanent Registration Number) मिलता है। यह Instructor की verified identity का proof है और National Skill Instructor Registry की नींव है।
Registration के बाद Instructor को उनके ITI की specific Trade Unit (ITSU) से map किया जाता है। बिना ITSU mapping के 2026 Admission Session में Seat Matrix में unit नहीं दिखेगा।
जो Instructors 09 May 2026 तक registered, approved और mapped होंगे, केवल वही 2026 Admission Session में count होंगे। Unregistered instructors की वजह से admission block हो सकती है।
NIMS SIDH portal (dgt.skillindiadigital.gov.in) पर available है। SIDH India का national skill development digital platform है। Instructor registration, approval, और mapping सभी यहीं होती है।
अगर ITI Instructor NIMS पर register नहीं है तो: Seat Matrix में unit नहीं दिखेगा, Admission allowed नहीं होगी, और ITI का पूरा session प्रभावित होगा। DGT किसी delay के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं।
IPRN NIMS registration के बाद मिलने वाला unique identification number है। यह प्रत्येक ITI Instructor की verified digital identity है जो National Skill Instructor Registry (SIR) का हिस्सा बनेगी।
IPRN मिलने के बाद Instructor को NIMS login credentials मिलते हैं, जिससे वे अपनी profile manage कर सकते हैं, ITSU mapping complete कर सकते हैं और भविष्य में सभी DGT services access कर सकते हैं।

NIMS portal पर login करने से पहले IPRN generate होना जरूरी है। IPRN generate करने के लिए Instructor का Aadhaar और qualifying documents ITI के माध्यम से submit करने होंगे।
SIDH Portal (dgt.skillindiadigital.gov.in) पर जाएं और Instructor section select करें।
Instructor अपने ITI Principal को NIMS registration के लिए documents submit करें। ITI Principal SIDH login से Instructor का data enter करेगा।
DGT/SIDH system द्वारा data verify होने के बाद Instructor को unique IPRN (Instructor Permanent Registration Number) मिलेगा।
IPRN मिलने के बाद Instructor को NIMS portal पर login credentials provide होंगे। इन credentials से NIMS dashboard access होगा।
NIMS dashboard पर जाकर सभी required details fill करें — qualification, experience, trade specialization और contact details।
Instructor की profile submit होने के बाद ITI Principal NIMS पर approval देगा। Approval के बिना registration complete नहीं माना जाएगा।
कुछ states में State Directorate का additional verification भी required है। State-specific guidelines check करें।
Registration approve होने के बाद 09 May 2026 तक Instructor को specific Trade Unit (ITSU) से map करना अनिवार्य है। यही final step है।
DGT के अनुसार जो Instructors deadline तक registered नहीं होंगे, उनकी ITI का 2026 session affected होगा। DGT किसी delay के लिए responsible नहीं।
NIMS पर Instructor Registration के लिए आवश्यक सभी documents की list

ITI के माध्यम से होता है। Instructor अकेले register नहीं कर सकता। Instructor को अपने documents ITI Principal को देने होंगे, जो SIDH portal के through data enter और submit करेगा। Approval भी Principal देता है।

DGT के अनुसार:
Aadhaar से Instructor की identity verified होती है। DGT ने Aadhaar-based authentication अनिवार्य किया है ताकि fake registrations न हों। Aadhaar से linked mobile number OTP verification के लिए use होता है। बिना Aadhaar के IPRN generate नहीं होगा।
NIMS IPRN एक Instructor को एक unique ID देता है। एक Instructor केवल एक ITI में primary employment रख सकता है। ITSU mapping specific ITI और Trade के साथ होती है। Dual employment के cases में guidelines check करें।
Technical issues के लिए:
Active duty पर तैनात सभी Instructors के लिए NIMS registration mandatory है। Part-time instructors के लिए भी यही नियम लागू है। Retired instructors के लिए, यह depend करता है कि वे currently ITI में कार्यरत हैं या नहीं। State-specific guidelines से confirm करें।
Registration के बाद:
04 May 2026 तक Registration और 09 May 2026 तक ITSU Mapping complete करना अनिवार्य है। एक भी deadline miss होने पर 2026 Admission Session affected होगा।
