1. Acceptance of Terms
ITI Ke Gyani (itikegyani.com) — hereafter referred to as "the Platform" — ko use karke aap ye Terms & Conditions accept karte hain. Agar aap agree nahi karte, please Platform use na karein.
2. Account Registration
- Registration ke time entered details (Name, Phone, Email, PRN) accurate honi chahiye.
- Ek user sirf ek account create kar sakta hai. Duplicate accounts admin dwara suspend kiye ja sakte hain.
- Password confidentiality user ki responsibility hai. Suspicious activity turant report karein.
- 18 saal se kam umar ke users ko parent/guardian ki permission se account use karna chahiye.
3. Content Usage
- Platform ka sara content (study material, mock tests, videos) sirf personal educational use ke liye hai.
- Content ko copy, resell, redistribute karna prohibited hai bina written permission ke.
- Exam papers ka screen-recording / sharing detect hone par account permanently ban ho sakta hai.
4. Paid Courses & Refunds
- Course purchase ke liye Razorpay payment gateway use hota hai — sab payments encrypted hain.
- Refunds: 7 din ke andar written request par eligible, agar course <20% complete hai. Baad me case-by-case admin decision.
- Course validity period (days-left) enrollment ke waqt fixed hoti hai — extend karne ke liye admin se contact karein.
5. Instructor Terms
- Instructor accounts admin approval ke baad activate hote hain — documents (Qualification Cert, Govt ID) mandatory.
- Uploaded content copyright-free ya instructor ka own hona chahiye.
- Rewards / commissions bank details verification ke baad transfer hoti hain (declaration checkbox mandatory).
6. Institute Terms
- Institute registration ke time MIS Code aur official documents required.
- Institute profile me sensitive fields (name, MIS, type, documents) me changes admin approval ke baad publish hoti hain.
- Student queries ka response 48 hours ke andar dena expected.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fake/misleading information post karna.
- Hate speech, harassment, illegal content.
- Automated scraping / bot attacks.
- Sharing exam answers before official result.
8. Not an Official Government Body
ITI Ke Gyani ek independent educational platform hai. Ye NCVT, SCVT, SIDH, DGT ya kisi government body ka official website nahi hai. Official information ke liye respective government portals refer karein.
9. Limitation of Liability
Platform "as is" provide kiya jata hai. Content accuracy ke liye best-effort kiya jata hai but admission, exam results, job offers ke liye Platform liable nahi hai. Users ko official government sources se cross-verify karna chahiye.
10. Changes to Terms
Ye Terms time-to-time update ho sakte hain. Latest version hamesha is page pe available rahega. Continued use of Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
